ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 28.10.2019 in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case No.243 of 2019, CIS Excise 1175/2019, Excise G.R. No.1000/2019 registered for the offence under 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the alleged recoveries were not from the physical possession of the petitioners nor from their shop and that these petitioners are having clean antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with
