The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147,148, 341, 323, 385, 307, 504 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, no specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner, which is evident from the F.I.R. itself. This petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No any incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 17.09.2019.
