Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 298 of 2018/ 137 of 2018 (arising out of Makdumpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of killing the daughter of the Informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.05.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has admitted his guilt before the police and on his disclosure the dead body of the daughter of the Informant was recovered, I am not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69530 of 2018(4) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
