The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bounsi P. S. Case No. 235 of 2017 dated 19.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are alleged to have resorted to brick bats and assault on the family of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that though simple injuries have been caused to the injured
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71520 of 2018(3) dt.11-01-2019 2/3 persons, but the nature of injury has not been stated. However, it has been submitted that the injuries are opined to have been caused by hard and blunt substances and looking at the nature of injuries, it would appear to be simple in nature.
That apart, learned counsel for the petitioners has also drawn the attention of this Court to the fact that there is some dispute between two brothers, one being the informant, as a result of which, the present case has been lodged.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and the nature of dispute being in the nature of a domestic dispute as also taking into account that the petitioners do not have criminal antecedents, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional
