JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018, dated 19.06.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 447, 341, 323, 324, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and others are said to have assaulted the informant by means of hard and blunt substance and he is also alleged to have been divested of his personal belongings.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the occurrence took place on 15.06.2018,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69250 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 but the report regarding the same was lodged on 19.06.2018. It has further been submitted that some of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the Court below and one such order has been annexed along with the bail petition as Annexure-2.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts as also that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
