Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner submitted that in view of Apex Court decision in the case of Union of India vs. K. Rajashekhara Reddy and Another, Civil Appeal No. (S). 4569 of 2022 (Arising out of SLP (Civil) No(s). 2956 of 2022) decided on 14.06.2022, petitioner will make an attempt before the authority to extend similar benefit to the petitioner, therefore, he has sought for withdrawal of the present petition.
