2. With the consent of all the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. The petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:- i.) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus to the Respondent Authorities for spelling correction in

2/4 the name of the petitioner in English language in the Marksheet issued by the Respondent Authority after primary Teachers Training Examination- 2004 dated 20-6-2005 and primary Teachers Training Examination-2007 dated 4-022008.

ii.) For a direction to rectify the spelling mistake in English language in the name of petitioner in the marksheet issued by the respondent authority to the petitioner after Teachers Training Examination-2004 dated 20-6-2005 and primary Teachers Training Examination-2007 dated 4-02-2008.

iii.) For a direction to the respondent authority, rectified and issuance of the correct marksheet to the petitioner for her Teachers Training Examination2004 dated-20-6-2005 and primary Teachers Training Examination-2007 dated 4-02-2008.

iv.) For any other/others relief/reliefs for which the Petitioner is found to be entitle in the facts and circumstances of the present matter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Secretary Bihar School Examination Board, Budha Marg, Patna,

3/4 Bihar (Respondent No. 5) dated 24.04.2019 (Annexure-P/4) and the same continues to be pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the Secretary Bihar School Examination Board, Budha Marg, Patna, Bihar (Respondent No. 5) to dispose of his representation on merit within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Respondents do not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the Secretary Bihar School Examination Board, Budha Marg, Patna, Bihar (Respondent No. 5) to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2019 (Annexure-P/4) within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Secretary Bihar School Examination Board, Budha Marg, Patna, Bihar (Respondent No. 5) should be a reasoned and speaking order.
