JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut (Gokhulpur) P.S.Case No. 207 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant on his chest by means of sharp cutting weapon. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for six months and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that petitioner caused injuries on the chest of the informant and for that opinion was kept reserved. Considering the period of custody and charge sheet has been submitted, let petitioner, named above, be released on
