JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 The short submission of the petitioner is that the authorities are sitting tight over his application with regard to grant of fresh PDS license on compassionate ground in lieu of his deceased father who was having a valid PDS license till his death.
In view of the short prayer made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the SubDivisional Officer-cum- Licensing authority, Mahua, District Vaishali to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of P.D.S. license on compassionate ground, if already filed and if the same is pending consideration.
The said consideration is directed to be made by the Sub- Divisional Officer-cum- Licensing authority, Mahua, Vaishali within a period of eight weeks from today. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Tiwary/- U
