Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The allegation of assault which resulted in grievous injury is not attributed against this petitioner, rather it is against co-accused Bashishth Paswan. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.71543 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
