2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 30(a) and 37 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 10 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the sack kept near the hutment of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case only on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner was neither present on the spot nor he has any concern with the seized liquor. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89131 of 2025(2) dt.22-12-2025 2/2 Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Court No. 3, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 346 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
