2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No.577 of 2019 arising out of Shakurabad P. S. Case No.108 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Taking note of this fact that recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner, in my view, this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.

4. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed being not maintainable.

5. However, if the petitioner surrenders and seeks
