JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the BSSC. Vide order dated 28.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 11741 of 2018, this Court directed the Authority concerned to consider the case of the petitioners and take decision in accordance with law and, accordingly, decision has been taken by the Authority concerned and the claim of the petitioners has been rejected.

Patna High Court MJC No.4409 of 2018(3) dt.17-04-2019 3/3 Learned counsel for the BSSC submits that vide order dated 01.11.2018 passed in Conmt. Pet. (C) No. 22 of 2018, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed that no Court will take into account any application filed by the petitioners in the event representation filed by the petitioners is rejected. In such view of the matter, this petition is consigned and if the petitioners, so like, will take legal remedy available in law.
