Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No.820 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR there is allegation of recovery of 15 ltrs. of fortune oil from the house of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted and the witnesses on the seizure list are police witness and fortune oil is daily use articles and the same is of the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent.

No.83236 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No.820 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
