JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pali P. S. Case No. 99 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325 and 342 of IPC. As per F.I.R. there is allegation against this petitioner of assault to the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the informant is the Pramukh without any authority, he went to the Aganbari with an intention to realize some money, which was objected, some scuffle took place. The injuries are simple in nature, which he has stated on oath in paragraph 13 of this application.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83431 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad, in connection with Pali P. S. Case No. 99 of 2019.
