====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard Sri Raghav Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Surendra Prasad Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending her arrest in Mirganj P.S. Case No.218 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that immediately after having come to know regarding involvement in the present case, the petitioner has tendered her resignation from the job of Aangan Bari Sevika. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is accusation against the petitioner that she had obtained a job on the basis of forged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71999 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 certificate. It has also been argued that the petitioner is a lady and she has already tendered her resignation and, as such, this Court may take lenient view.

Be that as it may, considering the nature of serious accusation, there is no reason to entertain the anticipatory bail petition.

The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) nawalkrs/- U T
