2. The petitioner is seeking a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board for re-evaluating /rechecking of Mathematics paper of Secondary School Compartmental Examination, 2018 held by the Bihar School Examination Board. The petitioner has secured 29 marks in the said paper and whereas 30 marks is the pass marks.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if some grace marks is given to her, she will be passing the examination, otherwise, she will have to appear in the examination again.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board has resisted the prayer so made on behalf of the petitioner and has submitted that in the absence of any provision, no such direction can be issued.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of the writ application with an observation that let the Examination Controller consider the grievance of the petitioner and treating this application to be her representation take a decision within three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
