JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 At the outset the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Certificate Officer be directed to consider the objection filed by the petitioner herein and till that time no coercive steps be taken against him.

In view of the short submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Certificate Officer, Darbhanga to consider the objection already filed by the petitioner and pass a final order under Section 10 of the Bihar and Orrisa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914.

Till passing of the final order by the Certificate Officer, Darbhanga in connection with Certificate Case No.02 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.22221 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 2017-18, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein.
