The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhaka P.S.case No.330 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

AS per FIR, one co-accused was arrested while committing theft of the motorcycle of the informant. He disclosed name of the petitioner later on and as such petitioner is also named in this case. It further appears that there is recovery of another motorcycle from his house. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no case is made out for the recovered motorcycle and he is in custody for about two months, having no criminal

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Tw2019enty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S.Case No330 of 2017.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
