Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019 registered under sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on basis of confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
