JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts of the present case are identical to the facts of C.W.J.C. No.15956 of 2006 (Umesh Prasad and Ors. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.).
In such view of the matter, let the respondent authorities examine the case of the present petitioner vis-a-vis the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. Nos. 15956 of 2006 and if it is found that the facts, prayer and law of both the cases are
Patna High Court CWJC No.23450 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 identical, in such circumstance, the present petitioner will be given the same benefit as has been given to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.15956 of 2006 within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is clarified that this Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
