The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Supaul Nadi P.S.case No.30/19 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 498A, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.. Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant. There is allegation of assault and torture to the informant with respect to demand.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 27.9.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence or his absconding. It is also submitted that injury report discloses that there is no internal or external injury on the

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul Nadi P.S.case No.30 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
