Petitioner seeks bail in Kaler P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420, 467, 471, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is described as agent of the aforesaid company. There is specific allegation against the agent Anjum Praveen of taking money from the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2018. It has been further submitted that the co-accused, Lala Khan @ Sahnawaz Khan, with similar allegation has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66567 of 2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
