JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in the instant case investigation has been complete and petitioner is languishing in bar since 24.9.2018.

Considering the facts that in the instant case investigation has been complete and petitioner is in custody since 24.9.2018, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
