Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sigori P.S.Case No.102/19, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2018.

As per FIR, the police got informant of manufacturing of liquor on the bank of River and the accused persons including the petitioners succeeded in fleeing away. 120 ltrs. of mahua liquor and several other articles were recovered from there. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that FIR discloses that on confidential information, name of the petitioners transpired and there is no source of

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise), Patna in connection with Sigori P.S.case No.102 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
