JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019, disclosing offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 354(b), 504, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., petitioner is said to have assaulted by handle of the hand pump, causing injury to the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties. It has been submitted on oath that injury report disclosed that injuries are simple in nature.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83121 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned IX Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019.
