ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 24-12-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Admission' with the consent of both the counsels.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the authority without passing any orders have straightaway demarcated the portion of the house/ shops constructed by the petitioner wayback in the year 2017. Learned counsel submits that though the petitioner has given a representation to the Respondent No. 1 herein, till date no orders

Patna High Court CWJC No.20115 of 2025(2) dt.24-12-2025 2/3 are passed. Learned counsel submits that a direction may be given to the Respondent No. 1 to consider the said representation and thereafter take necessary action by passing a reasoned order.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State submits that Respondent No. 1 may be directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 1 to consider the representation (Annexure- P/3 Series) made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The authority before passing any order shall grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order duly taking into consideration the documents submitted by the petitioner. Till such time the final orders are passed, the authority is directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner. The authority shall endeavour to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition
