The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.210 of 2018 registered under Sections 402, 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report, it is alleged that police apprehended one Rajesh Kumar Prasad and one knife along with motorcycle has been recovered from his possession. He disclosed before the police in his confession that this petitioner who is in custody has made a plan to commit dacoity and murder of a doctor.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
