The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 49/2019 dated 12.03.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The minor son of the informant became traceless while coming back from the bus stand to his house. The informant suspected that perhaps his son has been taken away for the purposes of subjecting him in forced child

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the course of investigation, one Akash Kumar made a confession before the police in which, he has named one Md. Rizwan @ Firdaus and the petitioner.
Md. Rizwan @ Firdaus is stated to have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.07.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40487 of 2019.
On specific query by the Court, Mr. Verma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner has stated that the boy has been recovered and he drew the attention of this Court to paragraph -9 of the bail petition.
Apart from that, he has also submitted that Md. Rizwan @ Firdous has been granted bail on the assertion of the counsel of the petitioner that the victim boy has already been recovered.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87234 of 2019(3) dt.26-06-2020 3/3 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daud Nagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 49/2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
