Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Motorcycle of the informant was stolen away by some unknown person. Hence, FIR is against unknown. During investigation name of the petitioner surfaced on confession of co-accused-Nitish Kumar. Petitioner has stated that he is in custody since 01.10.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession nor he was put on T.I.Parade.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84488 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Madhepura( Bharrahi O.P.) Police Station Case No.374 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
