The petitioners are accused in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019, registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that in course of search, Nawal Kishore Sah @ Nawal Kishore Kumar (petitioner no.2) was found in possession of one loaded country made pistol, one mobile set and one empty magazine whereas Ranjeet Kumar Sah (petitioner no.1) was found in possession of one loaded country made pistol and one mobile set.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86124 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 23.08.2019.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Parihar P.S.
