JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P. S. case no. 271/2018 registered under sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 6.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 60518/2018 but again, prayer for anticipatory bail has been made on behalf of the petitioner on the ground that he is an old person and has been suffering from heart disease. Although learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tried to convince me about ill-health of the petitioner but I am not at all convinced with the submission advanced on behalf of
