The petitioner seeks regular bail in Mehandia P.S. Case No. 55/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report it is alleged that informant is working as Supervisor, Jio Company. He got information that 06 to 07 persons had come on Bolero jeep and pick-up van and were taking away the battery of the tower. The informant came to the police station, the police gave information that vehicles have been detained and total 64 batteries loaded on the vehicle have been seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is site engineer in the Company. He has been arrested

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71030 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 merely on suspicion. Co-accused Ramesh Kumar @ Ramesh Kumar Singh has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 06.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67216/2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 55/2018.
