2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the FIR, the petitioner is alleged to have committed rape with the victim girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2025.

5. The case of the prosecution is supported by the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS.

6. Considering the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
