2. This appeal is preferred against the order dated 01.08.2025 passed by the learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO-cum-District and Additional Sessions Judge, VII, Gaya Ji in ABP No. 31 of 2025 arising out of Paraiya P.S. Case No. 307 of 2024.

3. As per the prosecution case, the appellant and others is accused of having tried of commit rape with the victim and have also assaulted the brother of the victim.

4. In view of the serious allegation levelled against the appellant, this Court is not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. The appellant is directed to surrender within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya Ji will take all steps for arrest of the appellant.
