Earlie rth epryaer for bail fo the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 13.4.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21749 of 2018.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was arrested in drunken condition and there was recovery of two country-made fire arms and live cartridges from his possession. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no progress in the trial and he has remained in custody since 7.12.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73447 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.8935 of 2017 arising out of Shahjahanpur P.S.Case No.84 of 2017.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
