Petitioner is in custody in connection with Belhar (Keshar) PS Case No. 220 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 447, 452, 307, 325, 354(B)/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent but on account of dispute between the parties a scuffle had taken place and both sides sustained injuries including the petitioner. Case and counter case was registered with regard to the alleged incident. Considering the totality of the facts situation and the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 08.08.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72403 of 2018(4) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 after 21.03.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
