In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.76 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 15, 18 ©, 25 of NDPS Act.

Allegation has been made that the petitioners and others were engaged in illegal cultivation of opium in 26 acres of land.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not
