====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seeks bail in Mahkar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 364, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70911 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 are not named in the written report.

The Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that in paragraphs-8, 9 and 10 of the case diary mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ixth, Gaya, in connection with Mahkar P.S.
