JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after four months.
