The petitioner seeks regular bail in Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 35/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is the husband of informant. He is in custody since 14.09.2018. From the order of Sessions Judge, Supaul, it appears that petitioner was granted provisional bail by the Sessions Judge, Supaul. The provisional bail was also extended for one month, but the same was not confirmed and his bail bond was cancelled. It is further submitted that he has made all efforts to bring his wife, but she is not ready to come with him. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71007 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S.
