The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S.Case No.788 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per Fir there is recovery of 61 ltrs. of liquor and cash of Rs.04 lac and odd .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that cash is after sale of the maize of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent as well as he has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody for about two months. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.82940 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Act, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S.Case No.788 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
