JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State and the informant. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 221/2018 for the offence under sections 302, 307, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

From perusal of the First Information Report, it appears that due to land dispute, occurrence took place in which both sides have sustained injury and there is case and counter case.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 6.10.2018 in a case on account of land dispute while both sides have sustained injury and there is case and counter case, the court is inclined to grant bail, let the petitioner, named above,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71863 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 be enlarged on bail after 21.3.2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Saran, Chapra, in connection with Marhowrah P.S.
