2. Petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case 156 of 2025 dated 08.11.2025 registered for the offences under Sections 274, 275 of BNS and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.
3. As per FIR, 141.750 liters of illicit liquor is said to have been recovered from the two motorcycles.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the contents of the FIR, it is not clear that from which motorcycle the recovery has been made, while the name of the petitioner has transpired in this case merely on the basis that the petitioner is owner of the Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle bearing Registration nos. BR30Z-0721. It is next submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties and taking into consideration the period of custody of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Madhubani in connection with Madhwapur P.S.
