The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hulashganj P.S. Case No. 116 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 304B, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal history and she is in custody since 19.06.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. In this case husband of the deceased has been arrested.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that petitioner has no criminal history and she is women, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on
