====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No. 583 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 354, 380 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that on the date of occurrence, this petitioner is intoxicated condition alongwith other co-accused came to his house and caught hair of her mother, torn her blouse and threatened to outrage her modesty. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The father of the informant is own maternal brother of co-accused. Sudhir Keshri and the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74554 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/3 is friend of Sudhir Keshri. It is further submitted that there is omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The present case has been lodged on account of land dispute. The petitioner has clean antecedent except one case in which he is on bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. The petitioner in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No.

583 of 2018 and also subject to the conditions that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
