Petitioner is accused in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019 registered under Sections 394 and 411 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st
