The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 372 of 2018 registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that petitioner has played no role in the alleged occurrence. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76316 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-III, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 372 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
