JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in para 3 of bail petition. Permission is granted. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make correction in para 3 of bail petition during course of day.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sigori P.S. Case No. 99/2015, instituted for offences under Section(s) 25(1-b)a and 26 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on getting information that few persons have assembled in the house of petitioner for committing crime, the police surrounded the house

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71992 of 2018(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 of petitioner. Seeing the police party, one person managed to run away. Local people told the name of this petitioner who managed to run away. On search one country made rifle was recovered from beneath the bed in one room of the house of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that seizure-list is part of F.I.R., which does not bear signature of petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 99/2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
