2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 139, 87 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., has denied the factum of kidnapping and stated that she has performed marriage with petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances and statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - 1st Nawada in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 222 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
